Yes, we can!  MaxHealth Family, Internal, & Sports Medicine offer expert nutritional counseling and weight loss programs.  Most patients are not aware that the first place to turn when trying to lose weight and get healthier is their family doctor.  

Losing weight is never easy.  When it is, the weight usually comes back as fast as you lost it (or faster), along with a few extra pounds, putting you at a higher weight than when you started.  

Our professionals can design an individualized weight loss plan and diet program specifically for your needs.  Patients cannot always follow cookie-cutter diets without the risk of making a pre-existing condition worse.  Your program is designed with all aspects of your health in mind.   

Fad diets are not healthy, and drastic weight loss and the resultant regain of the weight are not only unhealthy but can make permanent weight loss difficult in the future.
